Shipping & Policies

I offer flat rate shipping based on your destination country.  So whether you purchase one item, or many, you'll only pay one flat rate.

All standard mail orders ship 1 to 3 business days via USPS (United States Postal Service) from the date of purchase unless otherwise indicated above.  A business day is Monday through Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday, and all US holidays as recognized by the USPS.

USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 4 Business Days in Transit
USPS Express Mail - 1 to 2 Business Days in Transit - Signature Required

Both Priority and Express orders will ship out as soon as possible in the order they are received, usually within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise stated above.  Expedited orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a postal holiday, will NOT ship out until Monday or one of the following business days.

Orders that are worth $200 USD or more, including shipping costs, will REQUIRE a signature on delivery.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

I ship all standard mail orders via USPS First Class Mail to the address indicated when you place your order.  Please double check to make sure that it is the correct address.  Orders shipped in the United States will have USPS tracking included automatically.  The USPS quotes delivery estimates of 2 to 6 business days for this method.  These are not guaranteed delivery dates, only estimates.

You will receive your USPS Tracking number via a shipping notification email once your order ships.

I ship all orders via USPS First Class International Mail to the address indicated when you place your order.  Please double check to make sure that is the correct address.  Transit times can be anywhere from 10 business days up to 8 weeks or more depending on the destination country, customs passage, and various other factors like weather, holidays, and postal strikes.  

It is your responsibility to know your country's import rules and regulations.  Since you are importing foreign goods into your country, you may be charged VAT (value added tax) and/or customs duty.  These charges are at the discretion of your country's government and are not an additional shipping cost I have imposed.

Additionally, please don't ask me to claim your order as a gift or alter the true value on the customs declaration form, to avoid paying VAT or customs duty. It is illegal for me to do so.

If your order is taking longer to arrive than what is indicated above based on your location, you should first contact your delivering post or customs office and provide them with your tracking number in the US or Customs Declaration number internationally.  They should be able to help you track it down or give you more information on what might be causing the hold up.  If that doesn't pan out, please let me know and I will work with you and the USPS to figure out what may be causing the hold up.

You are responsible for providing a correctly formatted and current address.  If an incorrect or old address is provided and the package is returned to me, you are responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have it resent.  Further, if a package is sent to an old address and shows delivery, it is your responsibility to collect it from the old address.  Refunds will only be provided if the package is returned and you no longer want your order.  Original shipping fees will not be refunded in either case.

Our policy lasts 14 business days. If 14 business days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All types of earrings and toe rings are exempt from being returned.  These items are considered FINAL SALE.  However, if you have any issue with this item type, please contact support for assistance.

To complete your return, please contact support for directions on how to return an item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 business days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info[@] (remove brackets).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info[@] (remove brackets).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
